Fulfillment Policy

House of Work provides intangible services.

Content OS is a month-to-month subscription billed in advance. You can cancel at any time on 30 days' written notice, and the cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period in which the notice period ends, as set out in Schedule B — Content OS. Fees for a billing period that has already begun are not refunded.

Other services are billed by invoice. Because of the nature of the services rendered, once an invoice is paid there are no cancellations, returns or refunds of any sort.
