Overview

Lead magnets are how you turn anonymous traffic into people you can actually follow up with. A white paper, a webinar, a comprehensive guide — something substantial enough that a prospect is willing to trade their email address to get it. The problem is that producing them takes weeks. By the time your team has researched, drafted, designed, and reviewed a 5,000-word white paper, the moment that made it relevant has often passed.

The Lead Magnet AI Agent runs the same research and drafting process as your blog content, but the output is built for depth rather than length-for-its-own-sake. The agent uses your prioritized topics, keyword strategy, and brand voice to produce a long-form draft. Depending on how the topic is tagged in your content database, that draft is then designed into either a polished white paper PDF or a webinar presentation deck.

Review happens before design. The Compliance AI Agent runs the first pass on the draft, a human-in-the-loop reviews for accuracy and tone, and if your firm has a compliance officer, the piece moves there for sign-off. Only after the content is approved does the design step run — so you're not paying to redesign a deck three times because compliance flagged something on page seven.

The finished asset is delivered as a downloadable file along with an editable link, so your team can make late-stage tweaks without rebuilding from scratch. Pair it with a landing page and your lead qualification form, and you've got a working acquisition channel.

Example Build

A topic in the centralized content database is tagged as a Lead Magnet — either Webinar or White Paper — and the agent triggers. Using the same research and drafting pipeline as the blog agent, it produces a long-form draft built around the prioritized keyword cluster and the firm's brand voice. The draft is saved to a Notion page and routed for review.

The Compliance AI Agent runs the first pass. A Slack approval message is sent to the human-in-the-loop with a link to the Notion page for edits. If a firm compliance officer is part of the workflow, the piece moves there for final sign-off.

Once approved, the content is sent to Gamma, which generates either a PPTX for a webinar presentation or a PDF for a white paper, depending on the original tag. The finished file and the editable Gamma link are added back to the Notion page, and the team is notified by email with all three — the Notion record, the Gamma edit link, and the exported file ready for the landing page.
