Lead Qualification Form

Overview

Lead qualification forms filter out leads who aren't a fit before they ever hit your calendar. Without one, every lead can book a call, which means your advisors spend time on people who were never going to become clients.

The form lives on your Contact page and acts as the front door to your entire prospecting process. The logic starts with understanding who your ideal client is, which means completing an ideal client profile up front. We also recommend a suitable client profile for edge cases. Investable assets tend to be the biggest filter ie. anyone below your minimum gets rerouted. But you can layer in anything else that defines fit for your firm.

Unqualified leads are redirected to a referrals page. If you have referral relationships with other advisors, that's where they go. If you don't, we point them toward a curated list of resources better suited to their situation so they leave with something useful instead of a dead end.

Qualified leads get access to your booking tool where they can pick a time for a call. From there, the rest of your prospecting automations take over.

Example Build

The form lives on the Get Started page of the Webflow site. Submissions automatically create a lead or contact in Salesforce with all of the form data attached. Anyone below the investable assets minimum gets redirected to the referrals page. Qualified leads are routed to Calendly to book a 15-minute fit call, which triggers the fit-call confirmation and reminder sequence built into your prospecting automation.

From there, the lead is in the system and the rest of the process picks up automatically.
